About Me

Erukkalampiddy Madrasa: Jamiathul Mannar Arabic College was the first name for this new Arabic College that now called as “Sayeediyya Arabic College” It was established in Erukalampiddy of Mannar district in Sri Lanka It was established in Erukalampiddy of Mannar district in Sri Lanka In 1988.05.25. It was held for two years from the commencement with more satisfaction, suddenly it faced the problem of terrorist where all the people of the village were forced to displace from their homes and to abandon their properties. It was held on 1990.10.28. After 20 years, this college is restarted changing the name by Sayeediyya due to the college was repaired and modified by his holiness doctor Abdul Muyeen for his death of father Ash- Shiekh Sayeed Al Agha at 2011.07.29. The village “Erukalampiddy” is the largest and one and only Muslim village in the area or district. Insha Allah it will be developed in future as much as we can in Education, civilization, cultural and Sharia fields through the excellent co – operation of doctor Abdul Muyeen and others.
